Our Vision
We come alongside local churches to support the leaders and communities they are already serving through delivering Basecamps and Shepherds Table events. Rather than offering generic programmes, we work relationally with churches to deliver formation, learning, and support in ways that are shaped by local context and real needs. This includes locally delivered gatherings, facilitated learning spaces, and ongoing accompaniment designed to strengthen leadership within the life of the church. Our role is not to replace existing pastoral structures, but to complement them, bringing insight, experience, and trusted support to help churches care well for innovators, entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders carrying responsibility in a wide range of contexts.
Wonderful Summits are curated gatherings that bring together leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, pastors, and innovators who are seeking to lead with depth, integrity, and faithfulness in complex times. Rather than conferences built around hype or scale, our Summits are intentionally designed as formative spaces, places to listen, reflect, learn, and connect across sectors and generations. They create room for shared language, honest conversation, and meaningful encounter around leadership, faith, culture, and responsibility. Each Summit is rooted in relationship and delivered in partnership with local churches and communities. They serve as moments of convergence within the wider Wonderful ecosystem, helping leaders locate their work within a bigger story and connect into ongoing pathways of formation, community, and support.
Summits are not the end point, they are catalytic moments that invite people into deeper accompaniment, longer-term learning, and shared stewardship of what comes next.
The Wonderful Leaders Community exists to support people carrying responsibility, across business, church, creativity, innovation, and community life. It brings together leaders at different stages, from emerging creatives and innovators to seasoned practitioners, within a shared space of formation, learning, and trusted relationship. The community is intentionally stewarded as a long-term ecosystem. It prioritises depth over pace, character over performance, and accompaniment over quick solutions.
Leaders are invited into ongoing rhythms of shared learning, honest conversation, and reflective practice that support sustainable leadership over time.
The community spans multiple contexts and countries, connecting leaders globally while remaining rooted in local realities.
Through gatherings, peer groups, learning pathways, and access to trusted resources, Wonderful Leaders creates space for leaders to grow in wisdom, resilience, and faithfulness, not in isolation, but in relationship with others who understand the weight of responsibility.
Wonderful Leaders is not about creating a single leadership model. It is about stewarding people well, helping them lead with clarity, courage, and care, for the long haul.
