A Wonderful Leaders Retreat

Legacy is often treated as something we think about towards the end of our leadership. Our Leaders Retreat begins with a different conviction: legacy should shape the way we lead now.

It asks us to look beyond immediate demands, short-term results and the expectations we carry to what are we building that has lasting value? What are we passing on through our decisions, relationships and example, and is the life we are creating consistent with the future we say matters to us?

A small intentional retreat for CEOs, business and marketplace leaders carrying significant responsibility, but who rarely have enough distance from it to think clearly.

Over three days, we’ll step out of the usual pace and create room to think deeply about faith, leadership, business and life. We’ll look honestly at the year that has passed, pay attention to where we find ourselves now, and consider what God may be inviting us to build next.

This isn’t a conference filled with content or a programme designed to keep everyone busy. There will be guided working sessions, Scripture and prayer, shared meals, honest peer conversation, outdoor activity and space for personal reflection.

Some moments will challenge us, others will help us think and some will simply give us room to hear again.

The aim isn’t to leave with more pressure or another ambitious plan. It’s to return with greater clarity about the season we’re in, the responsibilities that are truly ours and the legacy our present leadership is already creating.

Keeping the retreat intentionally small allows us to move beyond presentations into genuine conversation, trusted relationships, and time to work through what we are actually carrying.

Arrival & Departure

Arrive from 6 pm on Thursday for welcome drinks, with dinner served at 7.30pm.

The formal programme will finish at midday on Sunday. We’ll share a final lunch together before departing at approximately 2 pm.

Accommodation & Cost

Limited to 14 guests

£595 · Private room

Three nights’ en-suite accommodation in a private double room, with all meals, refreshments and retreat activities included.

£450 · Shared room

Three nights’ accommodation in a shared en-suite room, with all meals, refreshments and retreat activities included.

Optional off-site activities may carry an additional cost.

THE RHYTHM

Each day will create a balance between spiritual reflection, practical working sessions, honest conversation and time to step back from the usual pace of leadership. Our mornings will begin with coffee and shared Lectio Divina, creating space to listen to God before entering the day.

From there, we'll move between facilitated sessions, peer conversation, prayer, time outdoors, shared meals and personal reflection.

There will be structure, but not a packed agenda. The intention is to create the kind of space that's often difficult to find in everyday leadership: room to think clearly, talk honestly, listen deeply and pay attention to what God may be saying.

BRING WHAT YOU'RE CARRYING.

You don't need to arrive with polished answers or a perfectly articulated plan. Bring the questions you're wrestling with, the decisions you're facing, the responsibility you're carrying and an openness to what God might be saying about the season ahead.

This time together is an opportunity to step outside the usual urgency of leadership and spend meaningful time with people who understand both the privilege and the weight of building and leading.
