Growth Planning
Programme (GPP)
This 6-month programme takes you through the practical steps to launch or grow your organisation, through setting clear vision, goals and KPI’s over a 12-24 month period. This programme is for leaders who have launched an initiative but need help with shaping it and getting ready for further development.
The GPP is run twice a year (usually starting in January and June) and is limited to 10 people per cohort. If you are interested in being mentored as part of this programme, email info@thewonderfulfoundation.org
Leadership
Mentoring Scheme
We offer an ongoing leadership mentoring scheme for selected alumni of the GPP. We have an experienced team of mentors who will work with these leaders to help them implement their GPP and continue to develop their leadership and organisational skills.
This 6-month mentoring scheme typically consists of a monthly online video meeting with actions to be delivered each month, and will conclude with an end of programme review.
